VANESSA GEPPERT

 In 2019, I found a need to further nurture the artist within me. I worked on strengthening my foundational skills, and explored different mediums and techniques. My main goal was to find "my voice", my path in art. I have found my inspiration comes from nature, specifically waterscapes and the sky. Many of my seascapes and dunescapes are simplified images from photographs I have taken near my home and on my travels.  Some images are a result of intuitive painting as well.  I am very curious about what I can create with paint. As a result, I am always trying new ways to represent what I see and feel.
